Interview
I visited a college career fair at which I was given an on campus interview the following day. The interview went well in my eyes, but was rather more conversational then anything else. I was then offered a on site interview in Raleigh, NC and it was not what it was made out to be. I did not meet with any of the parties that were said to involved and it seemed as if my interview was not being taken seriously. It lasted 15 minutes.

I was forward with my recruiter about the process and was more professional than she was. I followed up multiple times to hear about an interview after an initial phone screening and heard nothing. I have a friend who experienced the same thing. Unprofessional recruiters!

You work with a recruiter the entire time, the one I worked with was super nice and helpful! They lead you throughout the entire process which consisted of multiple zoom interviews with different people.

The standard behavioral questions like “tell me about a time when you…” “how would you handle a situation similar to…”
Was given a quick, pre-screening phone call followed by an interview with a manager and an associate. After that point there is another video interview and an in-office interview/shadow. The video interviews were very intimidating and it is made clear if you are liked or not.
