Interview
Contacted by recruiter and then brought in for an in-person interview. Phone interview with recruiter when really well, but I felt misguided about the position. You're actually applying for recruiter, which they make it seem like is just the training, and then Account Manager is a promotion you can receive. The in-person interview felt almost too laid back, they hardly asked me any questions about my background or experience.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
