After applying online, I received a strange email from a recruiter at Inovalon with no 'hi' or introduction of any kind, simply asking if I was ok with a specified salary range and the fact that it was a hybrid work situation. Odd, since both of these elements were already mentioned in the job posting. But even odder that after I replied to the affirmative that I simply received radio silence. Followed up a week or so after, still radio silence. A few weeks after that, received an automated rejection email. One of the most unprofessional job application situations I've ever witnessed. But at least a clear indicator that common human decency is completely lacking at this company.
