My interest in applying for the job was assessed, as well as my relevant experience working in the healthcare industry. I appreciated that the questions asked were more focused on my interest in the job and the organization rather than my experience and qualifications.

Interview
I first interviewed with a recruiter, who referred me to a more specific recruiter. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager in the specific medical office I was applying to. Finally, I went into the medical office to shadow the others in the position I applied for. The shadowing process took about an hour. They then got back to me by the end of the week.
The recruiter reached out to interview. They were very kind in walking through the resume. The recruiter also set up an interview with the manager to schedule a second interview.
