It was a 3 step process, which is quite strange for a company this small and very unnecessary.
First interview was with the office manager who I was supposed to replace. She was OK. second with HR from Ingram Micro who recently purchased Softcom, was OK. 3rd interview was with the CFO ....and it was horrible. I was scheduled for 30 minutes, he showed up late and then left the room for another 20 minutes on a "very important phone call". He left me in the boardroom with no drink to wait for him, and barely spoke with me. When he came back he mostly talked about how he arranged a job for his nephew at the company (so nepotism is an issue). I was never this humiliated by an interviewer in my life. CFO was arrogant, rude and unprofessional and obviously he can get away with it for some reason. Company didn't even bother to send me feedback or a rejection e-mail after I came there for 3 times (!!!), but proceeded to ignore me completely. It was pretty obvious that management is not a great and quite disrespectful to its employees. It seems that working with this management might be hell.
