Infosys .NET Lead interview questions

Process was flawless recruiter was good but company has to upgrade its payscale they were offering 20% less than my current package can you beat that..lol...i think switches are done for couple of reasons 1.Job satisfaction 2 Moneyyyy which they dont give even they want resource for free. any way disappointed with the renumeration structure.
