Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, we had a simple phone screening. Then I had to complete a personality type assessment, after which I was scheduled for a video interview with two people. Overall, the process was straight forward. My advice, prepare on the basics of OOP and ask follow up questions, there are different kinds of stacks we deal with in tech! Doing that sort of thing and you ought to do just fine with the technical side, for the behavioral side, relax, and be yourself and friendly.
It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
