Interview
brief phone screening with recruiter to discuss the position and projects/work experience, then a technical interview (webcam) with 2 engineers. technical interview consisted of a mix of fundamentals (arrays, different types of loops, pointers/referencing) as well as more language-specific questions based on your previous experience. there is also an online aptitude test (1 hr, 15 questions) which is based mostly on math and logic

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Past Projects, Data Structures, Programming skills
Thorough process. Asked about accomplishments and scenario based questions. Questions about how one would handle certain scenarios and how they can reflect to working with the company
Asked about my previous experience in leadership. Nothing to do with technical expertise
Went through a screeing process then moved on to the technical interview. Felt a little unprofessional because they were late and they did not have their camera on. Took almost 2 weeks to get a result back.
