I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Boston, MA) in Apr 2018
Interview
After applied through their website, I was contacted by a recruiter. The first round is aptitude test, which contains 15 problems. I was given 60 mins to do them. They are mostly high school math. After that they invited me to a webcam interview with two senior consultants. The recruiter told me the interview will be tailored specifically for my resume, but most questions asked were OOP, Java and SQL. While I am okay at OOP and java, I didn't remember too much about SQL since I have already switched to mongoDB long time ago. Anyway, I answered all Java and OOP questions correctly, and missed a few SQL questions. After the 'technical' part, some logical questions and behavior questions are discussed. Not hard either. The interview lasted about approximately 55 mins. By the end, the interviewers told me that they are forwarding the evaluations to the hiring manager and wished me best of luck.
Got the feedback after 4 days, and was offered 57k base and 4k bonus. It isn't impressive comparing to most of other companies, in fact it is noticeably below the market.

Question 1
Past Projects, Data Structures, Programming skills
Thorough process. Asked about accomplishments and scenario based questions. Questions about how one would handle certain scenarios and how they can reflect to working with the company
Asked about my previous experience in leadership. Nothing to do with technical expertise
Went through a screeing process then moved on to the technical interview. Felt a little unprofessional because they were late and they did not have their camera on. Took almost 2 weeks to get a result back.
