I have been referred for this job,I got interview call and I have been applied based on their interview process to submit our information and then they scheduled my interview on a weekend. My interview was scheduled @11am but I went 1hr prior and they verified the documents which applied in online and by completing the whole process it took around 1hr and then I got call from interviewer without taking much time . I went inside the cabin and she has taken up a bundle of papers and started asking questions on almost related to my resume, given demonstration on paper by writing code too. Atlast I successfully completed my interview and asked her some answers which I cant tell her in the process and she explained and then I asked about the project then she smiled and told me that to ask this question to HR, so I understood that I qualified process . Hr called me immediately and then process has been finished Discussed about why to switch and preferred location then salary discussion. He adviced process will take 2 weeks to release offer and given an advice to dont put papers in current company :p Finally I would say this interview is handeled by me and my resume... Interviewer was going question by question based on our answer, so make answer to take in your hands likewise. <3yrs 4.84 is fixed even though you have current CTC 0.0 to 4.8 too..
