Technical test which was then followed by interview the whole lot was filled by different iit Students, it was a campus placement drive which was conducted at their premises in Noida
It was through campus placements. I had a test and then called for a face to face interview. Again after going there for an interview there was a test before the interview.

It is all mail communication. No body calls and have to be really vigilant . Interview can happen at any time and mostly it is from the department your resume is selected for.
