The interview process consisted of an online aptitude test followed by a technical interview and an HR round. The technical round included coding and conceptual questions, while the HR round focused on personality, teamwork, and communication skills. The overall process was well-organized and professional.

Question 1
They asked me to explain a project I had recently worked on and discuss the challenges I faced during its implementation.
First they take assessment and then they shortlist candidates for an interview in an interview they mainly as basic concepts of dsa , java ,Oops, Database etc. and check my communication.This is they ask for software developer intern pmis internship scheme.
3 rounds, it was a very simple process and the interviewers were fairly nice. First recruiter phone call, then technical ,then manager round. Manager was not super friendly and the final round was very techinical
