Panel interview with managers of various depts the position would be working with. Seemed like a good group of people. Interview seemed mostly based of papers they all read from -- assume the papers came from HR based on questions -- stress type interview. Not sure why this type of intervew chosen for this position. Disapponted during interview process that the internal recruiter kept quoting lower salary figures evertime we talked. Final offer much lower than what was originally given for the position. Bonus only makes up small part of difference and bonuses go away when companies cut costs.
