    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Infor full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good advantages. Pay ok as long as you don't bet on having regular pay increase. Depends where, but teams and member work hard to help and resolve problems and have generally great relations. If you work for the newer cloud software or any of the buzzwords currently in vogue right now, you'll be good. Otherwise RUN!!!

    Cons

Many, but the biggest: Culture is constantly changing and basically a joke so that some people can justify their jobs. Bonus changed in the benefit of the company and not the employees. That is when you're eligible. Communications VERY centered on cloud and the US.

I worked at Infor full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Challenging work but can be highly rewarding. Executive leadership up to the CEO are willing to get in the trenches and help the sales team and more importantly, our customers. Large portfolio which leads to transformational deals.

    Cons

With significant growth comes new challenges but overall this is to be expected. No mobile CRM which is tough for sales folks to make updates while traveling.
