I was contacted by someone in HR and I had a telephone screening first.
Then I had a skype call with a Manager and a Project Manager and another phone call with someone in HR afterwards with a job offer. There was no face to face interview. It took a couple of week total.
Excellent well rounded interview with plenty of support from their recruitment team. Contacted via linkedin, then 2 interview rounds. Was kept in touch with throughout, and felt it was fair and balanced.
Informal for a new team. Met with hiring manager and two partners. Didn’t get a good sense of the company from the interviews, but liked the sound of the work.
