Interview was first conducted by panel of my current manager and peers focusing both on technical soft skills. Next there were two more rounds of panel interviews with Leadership team which focused on my soft skills.

there were multiple panel interviews, as everyone time did not match.
Initial interview was with my peers and direct manager focusing on technical questions and skills. and then with executive teams, which focused on behaviour questions and what if scenario.

Interview
I interviewed with all supervisors I would be working with. About six total, all in one day which I appreciated. Took about 3 hours total. The interview questions put you in a scenario, theyre not super basic. For example, tell me about a time you did xyz. The questions will make you think and you shouldn't give general answers, be specific.
