Indiana University Health interview questions

I received a call from the Sr Recruiter on Thursday, 7/2/2026. He stated he was impressed by my 20 yrs experience etc. After our call he stated he would reach out to the HM and let me know the next steps. He said the job is not posted yet but when it is asked if I would apply. I did apply as it was posted the following Sunday. I reached out via LinkedIn and informed Lanny that I applied, no response. I wanted until Tuesday, 7/14/2026 and reached out via LinkedIn in asking if there were any updates good or bad from the HM, he ignored me, no response no courtesy what so ever sending me a quick response either way. This is unacceptable behavior for a so called Sr. Recruiter. My years in HR, I never ghosted a candidate. I put on my big girl pants and had that adult conversation with them and why they were not chosen, I was honest. IU, do better, train your recruiters to do better.
