Interview
First, I met with another product manager at a coffee shop. Then, I had a google hangout with product managers based out of Texas. Finally, I had an in-person interview at their office in Seattle with a 10-12 person panel, 3 of which were in person, and the rest which were part of a google hangout.

Redesign their canned email notification for job alerts. Sketch the redesigned UI. Answer questions about why you designed it this way. Had 55 minutes to complete the exercise.
