Recruiter Screening She asked me general questions willing to relocate, salary expectations and will I need sponsorship for this position .When I said yes for sponsorship question, she mentioned she had to check with their immigration team if this role qualifies for the same and get back to me in day or two. Even though when submitting my application form I selected "yes for sponsorship " , she somehow missed that point when selecting my application. I never heard back from her . I wasn't expecting leaving candidates waiting at least from job search company like Indeed.
