      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Apr 2015

      Interview

The first step was a general phone screen with a recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes. A couple of weeks later, I had my on-site interview. I was interviewed by 5 different people individually, each for about 30 minutes. They all had slightly different questions for me, and nearly all of the interviews had a practical component (in my case, it was looking through possibly fraudulent job posts on a computer, using any available resources to determine whether a post was fraudulent). The personal questions were pretty straightforward (tell me about yourself, your experience, why do you want to work for Indeed, why this role, etc.). The other questions were about how much I understood about Indeed and how it works, and about job posting fraud. You definitely need to have done your research. I also got to eat lunch for 30 minutes with two people who were on the team I was interviewing to join, which was nice. I heard back from my recruiter the same day as my on-site interview saying that they wanted to proceed to the next step (background check). About a week later, I got the formal offer. I ended up accepting an offer from a different company, so I had to decline the offer from Indeed.

      Interview

After submitting an application with a specific set of tasks required, you may or may not get a call scheduling a phone screening. When you get the phone call, you get asked several questions about your prior work experience, how it would be relevant, etc. If you get a call back, you schedule an in-person interview which is several 30-minute one-on-ones.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Jul 2015

      Interview

the process took around 2 weeks, before they call me for a phone screen interview. There were a lot of questions about what do I know about indeed and how I describe myself. After, talking about 30 minutes, Ive got an email confirmation for a in-person interview. The interview took about 4 hours, were many different things were asked. Such hard things to be for a entry level position. I thought everything went well, but I didn't get any offer

Spoke with 4 individuals. Senior SQM, SQM Manager, and 2 people heading the department. I was asked to review certain pages and analyze them to determine whether or not they were "scammy". Easy.
