The interview experience was pretty poor. For the second interview, there were 2 interviewers at once. I have only ever seen this being done where 1 interviewer is shadowing. With two active interviews, it was extremely distracting. One of the interviewers was late and both were disorganized. It didn't seem like they had done any preparation and knew which questions they were going to ask or had discussed how they were going to conduct the interview. They also asked me irrelevant questions. Finally, the interviewer never even closed the loop to let me know the interview decision.
