Applied online and one of the talent acquisition managers got in touch. We spoke on the phone. Chat went very well and they were supposed to speak with the hiring manager to decide on next steps. It was a no. I like Indeed's mission extremely much though, so I tried to remain in touch with them and also connected with some other talent acquisition managers from Indeed to see if there would be any other roles that they believed would be more suitable. I would have thought [and hoped] that their slogan "I help people get jobs" is something that they really live by. Unfortunately, not even one of them was open to having a 5-10 minutes chat to discuss my experience and see if there could be a match with any of the open roles. The most I've gotten was a link to their careers page and was advised to apply there...
