Interview
After applying through Indeed, I received three assessments to complete online. Then, I had an interview with the HR. The guy from HR was always super nice and polite, keeps communication going through the whole process. Then, we moved to an interview with the hiring manager, which was also nice. Questions about my background, experience and some behavioral. The final round of interview was with 5 different people in one day. It was a little tiring and repetitive. They all basically asked the same questions, except for one interview that was a 1-hr exercise. Overall, the experience was OK. The HR was excellent. I did not receive an offer at the end and that was disappointing. Not much feedback on why it didn’t work out other than “they moved on with another candidate”.
