I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview was good; a lot of questions on sales and my experience pertaining to selling services to clients.
I think they're looking for individuals that have experience in representing Indeed to other companies as a platform for them to post their job roles.

Question 1
To demonstrate a time I sold a service to a client
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Indeed (San Mateo, CA)
Interview
The interview process was quick since I was an internal referral from a (then) current employee of their's. Fortunately, this opportunity did not work out as my referral had also recently left the company for cultural toxicity reasons. I did learn, after the fact, that Indeed does keep some kind of 'black list', listing out interviewees who have gone through their interview process and were not hired. It was also disclosed to me that these same candidates are very unlikely to get through the initial HR screening if they tried to apply to Indeed again, whether for the same job or a different role.
