HR called first, then 30 mins hiring manager call, after that 1 hour technical phone interview, finally 5 hours onsite meeting 10 people. Two months process, gave results fast.

Got a call from a recruiter about a position. Didn't go anywhere but then I got a call from a different Indeed recruiter a month later about a different position and went through two phone screens and a technical interview. It was nice that they thought of me and called back as no one has ever done that to me before. However, the technical interview was conducted by someone with little experience interviewing. I could tell because he tended to come up with questions on the spot and it showed. It was really more of a "describe your experience with Python" interview rather than a technical assessment. Although the interviewer also said that my experience in analysis was "too simple". Not exactly a helpful comment and it prevents me from giving a full thumbs up to Indeed's interview process.
