Interview
I got the interview through job fair in university. 45 min on campus interview and then send an email to take an online assessment. The whole process was so disorganized. It seems they are exploring how to to do interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Pretty straight forward. Started with a recruiter call, which moved on to the Hiring Manager call. If you move on from there, you get to the Onsite interview. For this position, I met with someone who was already doing the job onsite, one of the people doing the job in another location via Google Hangout, one of the devs, lunch with everyone (catered), then the hiring manager and finally the site manager/supervisor. The bar raiser were the last two people after an already long day (7 hours IIRC).
Felt mostly confident until the last interview where I bombed.

Question 1
How would we know we're doing a good job onboarding at a rate of 10 devs per week? This was a discussion and I failed to figure out how to discuss it.
