The general process seemed to be: share portfolio of work, followed by a phone interview, then a video interview, in-person interview. Was surprised to receive a survey post-interview about my experience after the hiring manager was rude and HR acknowledged the hiring manager can be difficult.

Interview
Smooth interview ever. Just need to be familiar with your resume and every project. Be ready to talk about them in detail. They are helpful and you can ask many questions as you want.
I was pretty excited about the role but it ended up being one of the worst interviews I’ve had. My interviewer didn’t bother asking me any questions about my experience or career aspirations - the interviewer was almost reading off of a list of questions that made it feel like they were mining for information about how my current company operates (not a direct competitor, but could be considered one). It doesn’t seem like they are doing too well right now.
