Present the Job market paper in front of 5 professors. They asked questions whenever they have. Some questions were tough, but people were friendly. You can ask questions in the end of the interview.

Interview
Timed technical exercise and ask to submit in 45minutes. It is easy but waste of time. It is advised to not use llms. Self created result is required. Then they call for an interview. Interview team were asking very simple and basic questions. Might they are interested in fast programmer than an intelligent mind core subject knowledge.

The interview consisted of meeting a few people who asked me about my publications, teachings etc. I thought it was a good interview but it was not very structured.
