Das Interview war nicht unangenehm, aber es hat lange gedauert und keine schnelle Antwort. dann kam keine antwort, hab mich nochmal gemeldet bekommen. 'Prozess wurde wegen Covid angehalten. ' ok dann

Interview
The interview process was really smooth. I first started with an HR interview with Akash, who was extremely nice and informative. Then, I had a Hackerrank task, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, one last interview with my future colleagues. The process was the best I've ever had. Everything was done in a timely manner. I did not have to wait for long between each stage, and Akash was really responsive, answering any questions I had. The process made me even more excited to join this lovely team.

Aside from the technical aspects, they also wanted to get to know me as a person and ensure that I would be a good fit within the organization, which was lovely.

Interview
Two video interviews: one with hiring manager and one with HR manager. Both are resume deep-dive and behavioral.
Two back-to-back onsite interviews: one behavioral (with hiring manager and HR manager) and one technical (with Tech Leads).
Technical interview includes some verbal questions and one whiteboard question (not algo). Most of it was about a technology that I listed in my resume. I think this part of the recruitment process depends who the lead is.
