Applied online and got an e-mail about doing a one-way recorded interview a few days later. The questions were pretty standard interview questions, but it was difficult to answer them naturally when I was not actually talking to anyone.
I got a phone interview. The basic questions were about the introduction of my self, statistical knowledge and biological area. recruiter was very nice.

Interview
Submitted resume and within 1-2 weeks was contacted to set up phone interview. Phone interview lasted 30min with a senior engineer. Was asked some oddball questions to test thought process. It went okay and an onsite interview was scheduled in 1-2 weeks. The on-site interview was with various managers, directors, sr and staff engineers. Most interviewers had some technical skill questions to ask, and had 1-2 interviewers just discussed past experience. Overall felt very rushed, and most interviewers were decent and pleasant to talk to, and seemed to care how you answered the questions. Others were somewhat patronizing. Waited 1 week and received a email stating they decided to move ahead with someone else.
