Completed video interview and later phone interview with HR.
HR was 6 minutes late and hurried through questions. I believe HR doesn't really understand ANY TECHNICAL stuff. Hiring managers should really be interviewing the candidates. Interview with HR was a waste of my time.

Video interview doesn't showcase candidate's capabilities. Illumina will be losing a lot of talent due to this. I was lucky enough to get a second chance. I received 4 technical questions and 3 behavioural/

Interview was smooth but long process. Although not though. & Very interested in the fit to company values & attitude. & Also knowledge of company & previous experience of using tools & software used by company.
