I submitted resume and cover letter online. Three days later, they invited me to a HireVue video interview to be completed within three days. I had time to setup the webcam and become familiar. Once the interview started, I had 30 sec to prepare a reply to each question, and 3 minutes to reply by a webcam recording. Tips: use Chrome; use Settings to turn down the microphone. In future, I would prefer not to have a video interview
