Interview
The recruitment process involved three rounds. The first round was an aptitude test comprising questions on quantitative ability and verbal ability. The level of the test was fairly easy. The second round was a GD. Each batch had around 6-8 people. The topic of the my GD was whether military education should be made compulsory. Selected students made it to the interview round. The panel included the Sales Head and two other senior officials. The interview atmosphere was comfortable. They asked me to speak in detail about a few things mentioned in my resume.
