The first stage is a phone interview of behavior questions with HR. After we set the time for phone interview. My HR informed me that she want to change the time an hour before the time we set... so we rescheduled it. This time, I waited for an hour without any notification and I sent her an email while waiting but she doesn't reply... It's a terrible experience that influence my impression to this company.
