I applied through university. I interviewed at IQVIA
Interview
Basically had two interview phone calls. The first one was with HR I believe and asked basic behavioral questions to get to know you and see if you were a fit for the job. The Second was with someone who was in the group you would be working with. He asked basic behavioral questions as well as specifics to the job and the company. These questions were what you knew about the company, job, and the position. Also was asked why you wanted to work for them as well as how you found out about the position.
1. Application: Submission of CV/resume, often requiring a strong academic track record and a final-year student status. 2. Online Assessment & Video: A business analysis/data interpretation test followed by a short virtual recording assessment. 3.Talent Acquisition Interview: A, likely behavioral, screening with a recruiter. 4. Business Interviews:First Round: Fit interview and a "mini" case study.Second Round: A full case study, often revolving around market sizing within the pharmaceutical sector.Competency Interview: Focused on skills and behavioral scenarios.
Two stages, case study and personal fit, senior interview. Case study was a market sizing related to pharmaceutical industry (e.g. size market for drug for e.g., hayfever or other disease) - standard approach, interviewee-led
