Interview
It was effective short and easy , basics about clinical research and documentation, essential documents and country regulations. Very professional level same time quick process. Second round was bit longer
The interview was like a conversation. Very pleasant. Both behavioural and technical questions were asked. The interviewer was extremely polite and hence i was very comfortable and cofident. The interview happened for half an hour.

introduce yourself. What is innovation to you? What are the steps you would take to innovate something?
first they took aptitude test than after clear test they called for the interview process, interview was good and very interactive , question asked generally from your background...after cleared interview they took clinical research test ....overall process was good
