Multiple phone interviews to get general sense of positions and current background.
If deemed the right fit brought in for interview. I met with 3 different team leads, who reviewed company details and attributes of what type of person would be a good fit.

Do you have any background within the pharmaceutical market?
Very slow - recruiters took forever to get back to me. Process took about a full month from interview to end. Basic questions and required administrative experience. Good interviewers though, lack of good recruiters
