There were 3 rounds, 1 aptitude, 1 narrative writing, 1 round of interview.
First there was aptitude test given to the group (we were a group of about 50)
then they selected only who went through the aptitude and then they asked to write a narrative from a sample case document. People who cleared this were asked to wait for a face to face interview.

All the questions in the interview process were clear, straightforward, and aligned with my experience. The process had three rounds: an initial assessment, a panel interview, and a final comprehensive discussion. Every stage felt well-structured, and I was able to answer all questions confidently.

Can you explain the full pharmacovigilance process and why each step is important?
Structured interviews predict job performance most effectively than unstructured interviews. They are also more objective and legally defensible than unstructured interviews. Companies that implement structured interviews boost their hiring and keep better records of their interview process to help them improve it.
