Internal employee in FSP group. When a multi-year role was re-assigned to another competitor (cheaper), Talent Acquisition team was not as helpful as they should have been. Ended up finding alternative employment.

Question 1
One role wanted a person that could work on Australia time (daily meetings at 3-4am).
The first scheduled interview were no IQVIA staff show up, after that they apologized. But the second interview was scheduled a few months later. It looked very messy of interview process.
