Interview
first you sit in a room a VP of somthing comes in and talkes to you about the job how to get clients and what ING can do for you. Then if you want the job they have 2 more rounds of one on one interviews. Basically you are starting your own financial service ING will help you with the tests you need to take you only have to pay for your books (800$) and they will pay you back if you pass. they say there is a base pay but its not a salary they called it a financial incentive program but when i asked questions about it he didnt really seem to interested in answering so i dont know how it works. They want you to get your family and friends to invest with you cause its almost impossible to get clients that you dont know. there is no cold calling and your a fee based advisor so you arnt pushing a stock just your services.

Professionali, chiariscono tutti i dubbi e il processo per diventare consulenti finanziari. Per entrare nella ING Academy c'è prima un incontro conoscitivo e dopo si verrà eventualmente ricontattati. È una buona opportunità sul lungo periodo, in ogni caso è positivo che siano super chiari nello spiegarti come diventarlo e i pro e i contro.

Je wordt gerecruit en krijgt een sollicitatiegesprek. Het bestaat uit 3 gesprekken en een vaardigheidgesprek. Er wordt met 5 mensen tegelijk gerouleerd een soort van speeddate. Het duurt een dag voordat je te horen krijgt of je bent aangenomen of niet.
