I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ING (London, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
the interview process included two phases. Behavioral and analytical type of questions. the interviewers were motivated people. Good environment. a handful of tricky questions. it took around one hour approximately.
Got an interview invite after 2 weeks of the application date. It was a direct interview with the team you would work with, and the result was given the next day.
I applied the position online. They quickly invited me for the first round, and there was only one round. I successfully pass the interview and got the position. I didn't work for a long time due to my non-student status.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Please note that for internships, you need to be enrolled as a student. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. ^Monique
Disconnected, short, to-the-point. It demands a very high level of applicant - one needs internship experience at other companies, the top grades possible, or for their father to be in the company to apply realistically.
