It was a walk-in drive, couple of technical rounds and HR was difficult to convince... They have standard percentage and can not exceed them.. Technical discussion was more relevant to the previous experience..

Interview
The manager and the team lead came up with a few questions on technical side. The interview was very Short and most questions were competency based.
The vacancy was for Database System Administrator, so they asked a few basic questions related with Unix, MySQL and SQL.
I was hired as Systems Engineer and I was a fresher, so they did not expect tier 4 level knowledge.

They just asked about your self and was checking the confidence level with communication skills and first round was aptitude after that f2f and HR round
who has cleared aptitude they selected for sure so if your aptitude is clear mean 75 % u have got it
