Interview
The company seemed disorganized and the interview process was very poor. They need to update their interview process if they intend to find quality engineers and learn how to properly engage the candidate during the interview process.

Question 1
They asked basic programming questions and asked for basic white boarding. These practices are out dated and do not find quality engineers as being proficient in this style of interview is a different skill-set than what Software Engineers do on a daily basis.
