It is pretty straighforward. A phone screen interview first with HR. Followed by an interview with the team. They ask mainly questions about your resume and interests. ALso about the basics of surety but nothing too complicated.

I filled out a short questionnaire that asked questions about my knowledge of the insurance world and why I wanted to work there, how I show initiative, and my experience at college. The next step was going into the office for a round of interviews. I had 3 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. Around 2 weeks later, I received an offer.
