The interview process involves four rounds. The first one is a 20 minute phone call. It's purpose is for the recruiter to get to know you and your interest in Huron and ultimately decide if they want you to move forward in the recruitment process. The second round is a 30 minute phone call behavioral interview. The third round is a one-hour case. The fourth and final round is another behavioral interview.

The interview was a case about a client who was a university trying to start offering a new major. Some basic math involved, but overall the case was 7/10 in terms of difficulty.
