Very impersonal process questions were incredibly stupid and had nothing to do with whether u could do the job. Lots of wasted time if you are going to decline someone don't wait a week so unprofessional if you treat applicants this way how do you treat employees

Applied online. I was contacted about six weeks later, via text message. Answered a few questions, via text message. I was then asked to complete a video interview. Then a live interview was scheduled for the following week. I had two people interviewing me. They were very nice; however, they didn't seem to be on the same page. The total process took about two months, which is extremely too long in my opinion.
