Interview
Basic phone screen, then in person three person panel. Waited another week then was called with offer. Next was drug screen and background check. Then was put into a ten week training class in which are days and you cannot miss any classes.

Give example of a time you delt with a difficult customer
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer
I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
