I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Humana (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
Was invited to a virtual pre screening that was conducted via recorded videos. Questions appeared on the screen, and I was asked to record my answers via video.
Oddly, the role I applied to and was interviewing for was not the role that the questions were related to. They even named a different role throughout the process. So I paused the session and sent an email for assistance. I never received a response from the recruiter.
I spent a significant amount of time preparing, and Humana didn’t have so their part to prepare questions for the role they were recruiting. And they did not follow up when it was brought to their attention.

Question 1
Tell us about your marketing acquisition experience.
Human Resources pre-screening and Manager interview. Both were the same week and easy. Humana uses the STAR Method for their interviews but at the same time very friendly and basic questions.

Quick interview process. 3 rounds pretty standard questions second round was with stakeholders that I would be working with. I think it varies team to team depending on manager though

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you experienced friction in a decision and how did you handle it.
It was a recruiter interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a virtual interview and I ended up getting the job. It was a pretty good job. Great boss.
