They use modern hire and other virtual platforms. Very easy.
One question they ask you is to put a desired salary and you’re not allowed to put “negotiable”. But then the following question is if you will accept the rate they pay which is $16-17/hr. That amount is almost laughable especially in todays inflated economy. Of course if you do not accept, you won’t move on in the process. I made the mistake of contacting the recruiter about it to which she didn’t even respond to and suddenly I got the good ol “unfortunately we will not be moving forward….” One of the largest health insurance company in the country but pay very little.

Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer
I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
