I applied online. I interviewed at Humana in Apr 2017
Interview
I had an initial screening via email with about 8 questions regarding the position and my skills. I responded to those questions via email and then about 5 days later I was invited for an interview by the hiring manager. The interview was pretty easy, it was with the hiring manager and her boss. Two weeks after my interview I was offered the position by the recruiter. The entire process from application to offer took 6 weeks. The onboarding process is really smooth and everything is communicated through email and their employee portal.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Humana (Dublin, OH)
Interview
The interview process dragged on for a MONTH AND A HALF. I had 3 interviews with a panel of 4 people. For a job that doesn't even require a degree, was all that really necessary?? First interview was about my skills. Second was about my fit into the company. Third was also about fit into the company, with the director on the line. Just repeated my previous answers, pretty much. Just ridiculous. If you really need a job, most people don't have the luxury of waiting this long to find out if they got the job or not.
